Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance, May–August 2027. You will gain hands-on field experience, mentorship, and exposure to branch operations, with opportunities to shadow teams across Field Ops, Irrigation, and Sales. Top performers may transition to full-time roles.

Ideal candidates are pursuing related degrees and ready to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, both indoors and outdoors, with lifting requirements up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to support a variety of operational needs in a team setting.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in field operations and branch operations.
• Shadow teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Leadership.
• Work with a mentor to receive feedback and develop professionally.
• Participate in leadership development and teamwork activities.
• Present internship experience and outcomes at program end.
• Network with peers and leaders within Ruppert Landscape.
