Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Internship participant for a 10-12 week program from May to August 2027. You will gain hands‑on field training and job shadowing across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, and Sales, guided by a dedicated mentor.

This program blends field and office experience, emphasizes teamwork, etiquette, and growth, and provides networking opportunities within Ruppert’s people‑first culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to support a variety of operational needs in a team setting.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands‑on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
