Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Co is offering a 10–12 week paid internship program in landscape maintenance. The internship provides hands-on field training, shadowing across Field Operations, Irrigation, and Sales, and ongoing mentorship to build practical skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will gain exposure to both field and office operations, with a customized schedule and opportunities to participate in leadership development and final presentation of your internship experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active pursuit of a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to support a variety of operational needs and work in team settings.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Shadow teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Receive mentorship and regular feedback to guide professional development.
• Participate in leadership development activities and teamwork-focused projects.
• Present internship experience and outcomes at the end of the program.
