Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Maintenance offers a 10–12 week paid internship designed to provide hands-on field experience and exposure to branch operations. You’ll learn through field training, shadowing across departments, and dedicated mentorship.

Participants gain practical skills in landscape maintenance, office tasks, and project work while earning $16–$18 per hour. The program emphasizes teamwork, safety, and professional growth within Ruppert’s culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Shadow and engage with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Receive dedicated mentorship and ongoing feedback on progress.
• Develop leadership, professional etiquette, communication, and management skills.
• Collaborate with fellow interns on meaningful projects.
• Present internship experience and outcomes at the program’s end.
