Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Intern for a 10–12 week program May–August 2027. You’ll gain hands-on field training, shadow key operations, and work with mentors across Field Operations, Irrigation, and Sales.

This paid internship emphasizes teamwork, professional etiquette, and real-world experience in a fast-paced commercial landscape setting. Interns will be immersed in multi-area operations, receive structured mentorship, and have opportunities to advance into full-time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a related degree in horticulture or business/operations management.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to support both office and outdoor field tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on field training across landscape operations.
