Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in horticulture, turf management, agribusiness, business/operations/construction management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in office and outdoor field environments.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; proficient with common software applications.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated mentorship and progress feedback throughout the internship.
