Ruppert Landscape is offering a 10–12 week Landscape Maintenance Internship in Lilburn, GA. Interns gain hands-on field training and exposure to branch operations, irrigation, sales, and leadership activities while working in a collaborative team environment.

The program emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and career exploration for students pursuing horticulture- or operations-related degrees. The internship runs May–August 2027, with 10–12 weeks of paid, entry-level work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, pursuing a degree in a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry and supporting varied operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of routine duties.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Field Training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job Shadowing with teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated Mentorship to guide progress and provide regular feedback.
• Management & Leadership Development exposure to team building, etiquette, communication, and leadership.
• Collaborative Team Environment with meaningful projects and shared learning.
• Professional Networking within Ruppert Landscape and local branches.
