Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a General Foreperson to supervise daily field operations, coordinate with management on staffing and deadlines, and enforce safety protocols across crews. The role involves troubleshooting site issues, mentoring employees and contractors, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with hourly pay dependent on experience, and requires CDL with DOT medical certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and follow prints, visualize a job build, and apply critical thinking to solve problems and identify job-site hazards.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• CDL-B or A may be required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily communications with client representatives, customers, and contractors.
• Inspect job sites, maintain safe conditions, and mitigate hazards.
• Perform job cost control and invoice reconciliation.
• Interpret orders and report work accurately in the customer system.
• Direct emergencies and assist with investigations.
• Supervise crews on tasks, production, and safety.
