Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to drive daily operations, supervise crew tasks, and coordinate with management on hiring needs, deadlines, and safety protocols. The role includes overseeing training, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining open lines of communication with property owners and customers.

The Foreperson will manage field resources, track work progress, and ensure high-quality service while adhering to company policies and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Understanding drawings and symbols for lines, voltages, and line equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to field requirements.
• Must be able to safely drive an approved company vehicle.
• Capable of physical tasks including occasional lifting and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew tasks from orders.
• Train and mentor crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforce safety practices per OSHA and company policy.
• Obtain access permissions and coordinate with property owners.
• Maintain accurate records, timesheets, and crew reports.
• Send reports on completed work and incidents as needed.
