Asplundh in Lafayette, Indiana is seeking a Foreperson to oversee daily utility crew operations, schedule work, and enforce safety policies. You will coordinate with management on hiring needs, deadlines, and training, while mentoring crew members on proper procedures.

The role requires a CDL, strong leadership, and the ability to travel for storm work. You will stay compliant with DOT requirements, manage records, and maintain equipment and customer relations on job sites.

• Understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
