Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to supervise daily crew operations, plan work, and ensure safety compliance on job sites. You will coordinate with management to determine staffing, deadlines, and access requirements while mentoring crew members and contractors.

The role emphasizes field leadership, training, and efficient resource use. A CDL is required, and the position involves travel for storm work and adherence to DOT standards. Competitive benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policies and trains personnel accordingly.
• Communicates with property owners to obtain access and discuss work details; refers complex cases to the General Foreperson.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports on crew performance and incidents.
• Furnishes reports on orders completed, crew time, and material usage; supports incident investigations and claims.
