Job summary

J is seeking an Operations Excellence Manager (OEM) to lead field-level operational improvements across a multi-unit hotel portfolio. You will travel up to 75% to stabilize operations, coach General Managers, and drive revenue, GOP, and guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with brand standards.

This exempt, full-time role reports to the Vice President of Operations Excellence and requires strong leadership, coaching, and project execution skills across diverse properties in the Denver

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, or service industries.
• Strong background in operational improvement, financial performance, leadership development, and project execution.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and reside within driving distance of DEN.

Responsibilities

• Lead field leadership initiatives to drive revenue, GOP, guest satisfaction, and owner satisfaction.
• Coach General Managers to achieve operating improvements and staff development.
• Conduct site visits and audits to ensure adherence to standards and brand guidelines.
