Stord Warehousing, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager – Operational Excellence (OPEX) to drive leadership development and continuous improvement across our fulfillment network. You will travel to multiple sites, embedding within centers for weeks at a time to coach and develop Area Managers and Operations Managers.

You will assess gaps, build targeted development plans, and lead training across labor management, inventory, and reporting.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse or fulfillment environment.
Strong leadership and ability to coach large teams across sites.
Willingness to travel up to 75% and stay on-site for multi-week periods.
Proficiency with WMS and warehouse technology; reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

Travel to sites across the network to support leader training, onboarding, and system navigation.
Embed within fulfillment centers for hands-on coaching and development of managers.
Assess leadership capability and operational execution to identify gaps and build development plans.
Provide training across labor management, productivity, and performance management.
Develop leaders to independently manage high-performing operations through coaching and feedback.
Support standardization of operating practices and reporting across the network.
