Job summary

J&P Hospitality Management seeks an Operations Excellence Manager to drive field-based operational improvements across our hotel portfolio. You will partner with GMs and regional leaders to deliver revenue and guest-satisfaction gains while leading transitions and training initiatives.

Travel up to 75% across markets with base in Irving, TX. Requires 3+ years multi-unit leadership, strong execution, and P&L oversight. Competitive base salary with comprehensive benefits and company laptop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years multi-unit leadership experience in hospitality or service industries.
• Ability to lead operational turnarounds and drive measurable results across sites.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, labor and revenue management.
• Excellent English communication and facilitation skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into field actions.
• Support VPs and AMs by deploying focused interventions to stabilize operations and improve financial performance.
• Lead and coach GMs to achieve revenue, occupancy, guest satisfaction, and GOP improvements.
• Conduct site visits and audits to identify root causes and ensure standards.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, safety protocols, and owner expectations.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to improve guest experience metrics.
