Job summary

Performance Hospitality Management seeks an Operational Excellence Manager to strengthen consistency, accountability, and performance across its hotels. Reporting to the Area General Manager, you will partner with General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and department leaders across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering.

The role focuses on audits, training coordination, reporting, labor analysis, and follow-through.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hotel operations or hospitality leadership experience.
• Experience across multiple hotel operating departments preferred.
• Strong understanding of operations, labor management, SOP implementation, training and performance measurement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational audits and ensure SOP and brand compliance.
• Collaborate with department leaders to address findings and track corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, operating tools, and training plans.
• Track training completion and verify practical application in daily operations.
• Review KPIs and maintain dashboards and action trackers for leadership.
• Analyze schedules, overtime, productivity, and labor performance against budgets.
• Monitor front office, housekeeping, F&B and engineering processes and guest service.
• Support audits for brand, ownership, safety, and quality assurance.
• Identify recurring problems and implement practical, measurable improvements.
• Keep Area General Manager and property leaders informed of progress and escalations.
