Job summary

Extreme Hospitality is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee a portfolio of hotels and F&B operations across multiple markets. You will drive financial performance, maintain brand standards, and develop high-performing property leadership teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of multi-property hotel leadership with strong financial acumen and a hands-on leadership style, capable of executing strategic initiatives at the property level. Occasional travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive hotel operations leadership experience, including multi-property oversight.
• Experience with major hotel brands, preferably Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt.
• Proven track record of improving financial performance, profitability, and operating results across multiple properties.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgets, P&L, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Experience overseeing full-service and select-service hotels, including F&B operations.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop geographically dispersed hotel leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership to General Managers and regional leaders for consistent operational excellence.
• Drive portfolio financial performance, GOP, NOI, RevPAR Index, and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Lead annual operating budgets and monthly performance reviews, identifying profitability improvements.
• Develop and execute strategies to address underperforming properties and enhance asset performance.
• Conduct regular property visits, provide actionable feedback, and ensure accountability.
