Job summary

Savers/GreenDrop is seeking an Associate Manager to lead a field team across multiple locations in the metro area. This role emphasizes coaching, operations oversight, and a strong focus on safety, donor engagement, and exceptional service.

The Associate Manager will support Area Managers, coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and performance management, and ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school degree or equivalent and at least 2 years in a supervisory customer service role with 10+ team members.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams and work within a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members and new hires on policies and procedures.
• Oversee field activities with direct oversight to 20–30 sites regularly.
• Manage reporting, onboarding, and talent development for area teams.
• Support Area Manager with hiring, interviews, and onboarding activities.
