Job summary

GreenDrop is seeking an Associate Manager to lead field operations across multiple thrift store sites in Georgia. You will train and coach front-line teams, manage performance, and ensure outstanding donor and shopper experiences every day.

This role requires hands-on supervision, effective communication, reliability, and the ability to coordinate with Area Managers. You will travel between sites, uphold company policies, and help drive our mission to reuse donated goods for community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory customer service role leading 10 or more team members.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel between multiple sites and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach staff in the Associate Manager in Training program and new hires.
• Directly supervise 20 to 30 sites with regular site visits.
• Oversee hiring, coaching, counseling, firing decisions, time tracking and other people management needs.
• Support Area Manager with interviewing and onboarding activities.
• Manage supplies, assets and maintenance requests at each site.
• Ensure timely pickup requests are communicated.
• Interact with donors with good judgment and a customer-focused mindset.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to company policies.
