Job summary

GreenDrop is expanding its network of donation centers nationwide, requiring an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily operations, facilities, and staff at multiple locations in Georgia. You will lead a team of about 40 employees, ensure donor service quality, and drive adherence to SOPs while maintaining safety standards.

You will train and coach staff, coordinate with logistics, and support peak donation periods.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple sites or centers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Ability to travel between locations within the geographical area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at several GreenDrop sites and ~40 staff daily.
• Own all site operations including facilities, logistics and personnel.
• Train, coach, and develop employees to meet SOPs and policies.
