Qualifications

• Assist Branch Manager in planning and directing branch operations, audits, and customer service.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and evaluation of subordinate staff.
• Serve as change agent to improve workflow and policy implementation.
• Work with employees to resolve customer issues and ensure premier service.
