Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Clinical Account Executive to lead field-based efforts in the Texas region, prioritizing Multiple Myeloma initiatives and strong customer partnerships. You will craft strategic territory plans, manage key accounts, and deliver compliant, data-driven engagements to improve patient outcomes.

Reporting to the Senior District Manager, you will collaborate with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, and admins, maintaining high integrity and performance across the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology/hematology experience required, preferably in Multiple Myeloma.
• Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than their peers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
