Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a field-based Clinical Account Executive to lead a defined territory in PA, including Harrisburg and surrounding areas.

You will combine clinical expertise with strategic account planning to deliver outcomes for patients and the organization, focusing on Multiple Myeloma objectives and high ethical standards. You will build deep physician and clinical stakeholder relationships, develop territory plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliant customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology/hematology experience required, preferably Multiple Myeloma.
• Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than peers.
• Competitive selling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a highly collaborative, team environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Business travel by air or car is regularly required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key stakeholders.
• Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements and communicate clinical and business concepts clearly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data and insights to optimize execution.
