Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Clinical Account Executive to lead strategic engagement within the Harrisburg, Allentown, and surrounding PA territory. You will combine clinical expertise with business acumen to enhance patient outcomes and advance Multiple Myeloma brand objectives.

You will build partnerships with hematologists, oncologists, and healthcare professionals, execute territorial plans, and ensure compliant interactions while collaborating across functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology/hematology experience, preferably multiple myeloma.
• Ability to develop and execute territory business plans.
• Strong clinical and scientific acumen with customer-focused engagements.
• Willingness to travel within territory and meet credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory business planning aligned with brand strategy and local needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and administrators.
• Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Evaluate territory performance using data and analytics to optimize execution.
