Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Clinical Account Executive to lead strategic account development in Pennsylvania. You will work with hematologists, oncologists, nurses and administrators to translate science into practice, build territory plans, and drive patient outcomes in Multiple Myeloma and related areas.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor territory performance with data, and ensure compliant, ethical engagements across the oncology ecosystem while meeting credentialing

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
• Oncology/hematology experience required, preferably in Multiple Myeloma.
• Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than peers.
• Competitive selling skills.
• Collaborative team player with strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel; pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
• Partner effectively with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to optimize execution.
• Maintain the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
