Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Clinical Account Executive to lead strategic initiatives in the Maine and New Hampshire territory.

You will collaborate with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists and administrators to improve patient outcomes, grow our Multiple Myeloma portfolio, and translate clinical insights into actionable business plans. Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech or related healthcare field.
• Oncology/hematology experience, preferably Multiple Myeloma.
• Proven ability to develop and execute territory business plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators and key account stakeholders.
• Demonstrate deep scientific and clinical expertise while delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data and insights to optimize execution.
