Job summary

AbbVie seeks a field-based Clinical Account Executive to cover Milwaukee and surrounding areas. You will lead strategy, build strong clinician partnerships, and advance brand objectives in CLL and NHL Oncology portfolios.

You will translate clinical insights into compelling discussions with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, and administrators while maintaining ethical standards and credentialing requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics.
• Oncology/Hematology experience preferred.
• Ability to build territory business plans and relationships with clinicians and administrators.
• Demonstrated collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel and pass credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and admins.
• Demonstrate scientific and clinical expertise while engaging customers ethically.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data and insights.
