Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sales experience.
• Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than peers.
• Competitive selling skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Persistency and grit with a track record of succeeding in a challenging environment.
• Ability to drive and pass pre-employment drug screening; valid driver’s license.
• Regular business travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and local customer needs.
• Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators and key stakeholders.
• Deliver compliant, customer-focused engagements while showcasing deep scientific and clinical expertise.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to coordinate customer experiences and initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate territory performance using data and insights to optimize execution.
• Maintain integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
