Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) for a full-time hybrid role based in the Arlington, VA area, with regular local travel for in-person patient appointments. The role requires a valid RN license and involves coordinating care with physicians, employers, and patients to form effective treatment plans and return-to-work strategies.

You will work closely with treating providers, employers, and injured workers to ensure safe, cost-effective healthcare and timely recovery.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field is required.
• 2+ years of clinical practice; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Ability to advocate effectively with physicians, employers and customers.
• Ability to work independently; proficient in basic computer tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• RN license in good standing; URAC case management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards of practice to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Advise on injuries, medications, comorbidities and job duties to support recovery.
• Interview patients to assess recovery and determine occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Collaborate with physicians and facilities to tailor treatment plans for the patient.
• Coordinate with employers and physicians to modify duties for early return to work where feasible.
• Monitor progress and adjust goals based on patient improvement and treatment response.
• Attend appointments with injured workers as needed and prepare status updates for clients.
