Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• URAC‑recognized case management certification options (CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or similar).
• Willingness to travel to in‑person appointments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate treatment plans with physicians, employers, and patients.
• Assess recovery progress and adjust goals to maximize medical recovery and return to work.
• Collaborate with clinicians to tailor plans to individual injuries and occupations.
• Communicate updates and status reports to customers and stakeholders.
• Attend injured workers' appointments as needed and ensure cost‑effective healthcare services.
• Prioritize cases and manage workload independently.
