Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in a full-time hybrid role based in Riverside, CA. You will coordinate with physicians, employers, and patients to develop and implement effective treatment plans and ensure cost‑effective healthcare services, with travel to local appointments.

The position requires an RN with 2+ years of clinical practice and familiarity with workers’ compensation processes. A comprehensive benefits package and paid time off are provided.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Skills: Advocate recommendations with physicians, employers, and customers; independent work; basic computer skills; writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for injured/disabled workers.
• Collaborate with physicians and employers to tailor treatment plans.
• Assess recovery and determine occupational vs non-occupational impact.
• Adjust case goals based on progress and rehab outcomes.
• Manage workload and prioritize cases independently.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for clients.
