Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager (RN) to support injured workers and auto accident patients from a remote U.S. location. You will work with treating physicians, employers, and patients to develop and monitor effective treatment plans that promote return-to-work and cost-efficient care.

The role requires an active RN license (CA with Compact) and a background in workers’ compensation. Expect training, a robust benefits package, and home-office equipment to support your success.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred.
• URAC-recognized certification in case management (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN or COHN, COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC).
• Must have reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a treatment plan that returns the injured/disabled person back to work appropriately.
• Ensure cost-effective healthcare services and achievement of maximum medical recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers and employers to modify job duties where practical to facilitate early return to work.
• Independently manage workload and prioritize cases.
• Prepare status updates for submittal to customers and assist in training/new staff.
