Genex Service LLC is seeking a Medical Field Case Manager in the Arlington, VA area. This hybrid, full-time role involves coordinating patient care with physicians, employers, and patients to return workers to work efficiently.

You will manage cases, advocate for appropriate care, and ensure cost-effective services, supported by a comprehensive benefits package and relocation/travel requirements as needed.

Qualificações

• Associates or Bachelors in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred. Workers' compensation-related experience preferred.
• Ability to advocate recommendations effectively with physicians/providers, employers, and customers. Ability to work independently. Proficient grammar, sentence structure, and written communication.
• Active RN license required and in good standing. URAC-recognized case management certification preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to in-person appointments within geography.
• Must have reliable internet.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate knowledge and competency in the application of case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans with physicians/providers, employers, and customers.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and determine occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers to create tailored treatment plans.
• Work with employers and physicians to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Manage workload independently and prioritize cases.
• Attend injured worker appointments and prepare status updates for customers.
