Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• Skills: Advocacy, independence, computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Certifications: RN license in good standing; URAC certifications such as CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, etc.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and employers.
• Coordinate in-person appointments with injured workers in assigned geography.
• Monitor progress and adjust goals for optimal return-to-work outcomes.
• Maintain timely status updates and communicate with customers.
