Job summary

Genex Service LLC in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Medical Field Case Manager to coordinate care for injured workers. This full-time, hybrid role requires frequent travel to local appointments and collaboration with physicians, employers, and clients to restore work function.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure, 2+ years of clinical experience, and CCM/URAC certification is a plus. You’ll manage treatment plans, advocate for cost-effective care, and support patients throughout recovery.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC case management certification preferred; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management across physicians, employers, clients, and injured workers.
• Create and implement treatment plans aimed at return-to-work and cost-effective care.
• Attend in-person appointments and coordinate with providers to modify job duties as needed.
• Prioritize workload, manage cases, and prepare status updates for customers.
