Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a Field Operations Technician to install, repair, configure, and test MACD on various telecom equipment while delivering a best-in-class customer service experience in the Medford, OR area.

The role requires traveling with a company vehicle, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in diverse weather conditions, with emphasis on safety and quality. A technical degree or diploma is preferred and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office is valued.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years in telecommunications or installation/service for electronics and cabling.
• Positive, can-do attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Degree or diploma from a technical college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused service experience to every client
• Resolve customer issues calmly using de‑escalation techniques
• On-site installation and repair of internet services, copper and fiber cabling, demarc extensions, and rack‑mounted networking equipment
• Diagnose technical problems and implement solutions, including running new cable, replacing hardware components, and installing data circuits for internet connectivity
• Follow Ledcor’s safety standards and ensure proper use of vehicles, tools, and equipment at all times
