Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in telecommunications or field tech.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing network equipment.
• Knowledge of fiber optic networks.
• OTDR testing and network diagnostics experience.
• Ability to travel across territories with a company vehicle.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to outages and maintain service availability.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain telecom equipment.
• Perform OTDR and other testing to identify issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on facilities.
• Provide smart hands support at remote sites.
• Document work activities using MS Office.
• Support network reliability and uptime.
