Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in installation, repair, or field-service work.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather.
• Basic understanding of routers and networking.
• Exposure to fiber installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel between customer locations.
• Must follow procedures after training.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair network equipment and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network issues involving routers, fiber, and related technologies.
• Respond to and resolve service trouble tickets in a timely manner.
• Perform equipment and card replacements as required.
• Conduct fiber testing and troubleshooting using OTDR equipment.
• Travel between customer sites to support installation and repair activities.
• Support preventative maintenance activities to ensure network reliability.
• Participate in on‑call and overtime support after training.
