Red River is seeking a Field Installation Engineer to plan, install, configure, calibrate, validate, and optimize network and infrastructure solutions across customer sites. You will analyze requirements, conduct site surveys, and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful implementations with QA adherence.

The role involves hands-on execution, post-installation validation, and customer training, with travel to client locations as required.

Formación

• Associate degree or technical certification in IT/Networking or related field.
• 3+ years experience installing, deploying, troubleshooting, or supporting network infra tech.
• Ability to read network diagrams, specs, and implementation docs.
• Strong organizational and customer-facing communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer locations.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, calibrate, upgrade, and validate network/infra equipment.
• Analyze requirements and develop installation plans from blueprints and docs.
• Conduct site surveys and plan tools, equipment, and personnel.
• Assess site conditions and determine installation approaches per standards.
• Troubleshoot network, wireless, connectivity issues; identify root causes.
• Conduct RF site surveys and evaluate performance and compliance.
• Perform testing, prototyping, and post-installation inspections.
• Collaborate with project managers and customers; review scope and plans.
• Prepare technical reports, logs, and as-built records for deployments.
• Provide customers technical guidance and training on operation and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
