Job summary

Red River is seeking a Field Installation Engineer in North Dakota to plan, install, configure, and optimize network and infrastructure solutions across customer and internal environments.

You will conduct site surveys, interpret technical diagrams, troubleshoot RF and infrastructure issues, and coordinate with project managers to ensure successful implementation and turnover of complex technology solutions. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical certification, military training, or equivalent experience in IT, Networking, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, calibrate, upgrade, and validate network and infrastructure equipment.
• Analyze installation requirements from diagrams and specs to develop installation plans.
• Conduct site surveys and pre-installation inspections to determine tools, equipment, and personnel.
• Assess site conditions and determine installation approaches per project requirements.
