Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Information Technology, Networking, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience installing, deploying, troubleshooting, or supporting network/infrastructure technologies.
• Ability to interpret diagrams, specifications, and documentation; identify root causes and solutions.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, calibrate, upgrade, and validate network and infrastructure equipment.
• Develop installation plans from technical diagrams and equipment documentation.
• Conduct site surveys and pre-install inspections to plan resources.
• Assess risks and determine installation approaches per project requirements.
• Troubleshoot network, wireless, and infrastructure issues and implement fixes.
• Perform RF site surveys and evaluate network performance to meet specs.
• Document configurations, variances, and corrective actions for turnover.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customers to ensure successful deployment, including international installations when needed.
• Provide technical guidance and on-site training to customers and teammates.
