Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a Water Restoration/Mitigation Project Manager to oversee day-to-day field work on water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation projects. You will direct crews, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with the Mitigation Operations/Production Manager to hit schedules and job scopes.

The role requires prior mitigation/restoration field experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel locally or out of state. On-call weekends may be required; salary ranges are listed.

Qualifications

• Prior mitigation/restoration field experience with crew leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of drying equipment, moisture documentation and mitigation processes.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel locally or out of state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of mitigation projects from start to finish.
• Provide direction, guidance, and real-time feedback to crews on the jobsite.
• Ensure safe, efficient work per SERVPRO standards and work order scope.
• Monitor costs, labor, and material usage while keeping documentation current.
• Coordinate with customers, adjusters, and stakeholders and answer questions.
