Qualifications

• This role requires restoration industry experience and hands-on mitigation leadership.
• Experience running mitigation jobs from start to finish and communicating with homeowners and insurers.
• Proficiency with Xactimate for estimating and sketches.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, smoke, and mold losses and lead mitigation projects.
• Inspect sites, determine scope, and create mitigation plans.
• Build drying, containment, and demolition plans with crews.
• Write and update estimates using Xactimate and SERVPRO systems.
• Coordinate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters.
• Lead crews and vendors to ensure safe, profitable job completion.
• Maintain complete documentation and support billing.
