Job summary

SERVPRO of Hardin/LaRue Counties is seeking a hands-on Mitigation Production Team Lead / Restoration Supervisor to guide field crews and drive high-quality restoration work after water, fire, mold, or storm events.

You will lead daily production, coach technicians on active jobsites, and ensure your vehicle is prepared for daily response. This role offers field-based leadership with strong growth potential and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to operate a company service vehicle.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, mitigation, construction, or related field.
• IICRC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead mitigation crews on assigned jobsites and create a productive, safety-focused field culture.
• Coordinate and perform mitigation production processes while maintaining SERVPRO quality standards.
• Own the readiness of your assigned service vehicle and ensure daily production readiness.
• Set clear expectations for restoration technicians and provide coaching and onsite accountability.
• Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and project staff; document job activity for billing and compliance.
• Manage labor, equipment, materials, and consumables; identify and address jobsite issues promptly.
