SERVPRO Team Ridner is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to oversee water, fire, mold, sewage, and biohazard mitigation projects from inspection through completion. You will ensure safe, efficient, and profitable job delivery while maintaining clear communication with clients and insurance adjusters.

You will lead crews, train team members in safety and quality, and uphold IICRC standards. This role requires willingness to perform manual labor and participate in an on-call weekend rotation to

Qualifications

• 2+ years in mitigation, restoration, construction, or related field.
• Certification in IICRC WRT is required; ASD/FSRT/AMRT are a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage mitigation projects from inspection to completion, ensuring safety, efficiency, and profitability.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and insurance adjusters; communicate timelines and progress.
• Lead, schedule, and coach mitigation crews; enforce safety protocols and PPE.
• Ensure accurate job costing and documentation; maintain equipment and vehicles.
• Participate in rotating weekend on-call schedule and assist with manual labor when needed.
