Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Dedicated Meta Field Technician in Livonia, MI to service a geolocated set of Meta retail displays. You will perform installations, refreshes, merchandising tasks, and routine maintenance while adhering to brand standards and safety policies.

The role is full-time, Mon-Fri starting at 8:00 am, with potential weekend work and travel within the territory. You will independently manage your route, complete scheduled visits, document outcomes, and participate in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing display issues including lighting components.
• Experience resolving basic electrical/connectivity issues (cabling, power).

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations.
• Complete work on time and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain displays.
• Perform installations, builds, and refreshes of displays and fixtures.
• Complete ad-hoc service requests within SLAs (48–72 hours).
• Ensure planograms and brand standards compliance across locations.
• Document and report all service activity and outcomes.
