Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a dedicated Meta Technician Expert to service Meta displays across a Minnesota territory. This full-time role covers break-fix, installations, and routine maintenance with a focus on brand standards and planograms, delivering high-quality, on-site service.

Work hours are Monday–Friday starting at 8:00 am, with occasional weekend work and travel up to 120 miles. You will perform 24–35 weekly store visits, document outcomes promptly, and uphold safety and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution.
• Experience using basic tools required to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components, fixtures, and non-functioning buttons.
• Experience identifying and resolving electronic and connectivity issues, including cabling, power, and component integration.

Responsibilities

• Execute weekly service visits across an assigned route of retail locations (24–35 stores based on market).
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to maintain functionality of all displays.
• Installations, display builds, and refreshes, including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Document and report all service activity, outcomes, and insights on time.
• Maintain planograms and brand standards across all locations.
