Job summary

Channel Partners in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Dedicated Meta Field Technician to service a defined retail display territory. You will perform installations, minor repairs, routine maintenance, refreshes, and merchandising tasks while ensuring planogram compliance, brand standards, and accurate reporting of service activity.

This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 8:00 a.m., with occasional weekend work and advance notice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components and fixtures.
• Experience identifying and resolving basic electronic and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across assigned retail locations and adhere to schedules.
• Complete work according to schedules and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain display functionality.
• Perform installations, builds, and refreshes of displays and fixtures.
• Handle ad-hoc service requests within SLAs (48–72 hours).
• Ensure planogram compliance and brand standards across locations.
• Document service activity, outcomes, and insights on time.
• Merchandise inventory replenishment and price/fact tag execution.
