Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a dedicated Meta Field Technician to support a set territory of Meta retail displays. You will perform installations, refreshes, and routine maintenance while ensuring planogram compliance and high-quality merchandising across locations.

You will manage your route, diagnose and fix issues, and document outcomes. A full-time schedule with 8:00 a.m. start and occasional weekends is required; travel and driving are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components and non-functioning buttons.
• Experience diagnosing basic electronic issues including cabling and power.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations.
• Complete work on time and minimize rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain display functionality.
• Perform installations, builds, and refreshes of displays and fixtures.
• Handle ad-hoc service requests within SLAs (48–72 hours).
• Ensure compliance with planograms and brand standards across locations.
• Document service activity and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Merchandising tasks including inventory replenishment and pricing tags.
