Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Dedicated Meta Field Technician to service a defined route of retail displays, performing installations, refreshes, and merchandising tasks while adhering to branded standards.

Role involves independent field work, driving to locations, and documenting service activity. Requires high school diploma and experience with display installations and basic tools. Travel up to 120 miles and 40-hour weeks are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations, adhering to established schedules and program requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain full functionality and performance of assigned displays.
• Execute installations, display builds, and refreshes, including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Manage and complete ad-hoc service requests within 48–72-hour SLAs, where required.
• Ensure full compliance with planograms (POG), brand standards, and display requirements across all locations.
