Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Meta Retail Specialist to support a set territory of Meta retail displays on a part‑time schedule. You will perform installations, refreshes, and routine maintenance with full adherence to program requirements in multiple retail locations.

The role emphasizes independent work with basic hand tools, plus merchandising tasks such as inventory replenishment and planogram compliance. Flexible hours, mileage reimbursement, and paid training are included.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
Experience diagnosing physical display issues, including lighting components and non‑functioning buttons.
Experience identifying and resolving basic electronic and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations, adhering to schedules and program requirements.
Complete work on established schedules and minimize rescheduling.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain display functionality.
Perform installations, display builds, and refreshes, including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components.
Manage ad‑hoc service requests within SLAs where required.
Ensure compliance with planograms, brand standards, and display requirements.
Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement lasting solutions.
Document and report all service activity on time.
Perform merchandising tasks including inventory replenishment, POP placement, and pricing/fact tag execution.
Manage trunk stock inventory and replacements for first‑time fix success.
Build and maintain relationships with in‑store personnel.
Participate in team calls and field ride‑alongs for program success.
Complete administrative tasks timely, including scheduling and reporting.
Adapt to evolving needs and take on additional responsibilities.
Maintain safety policies, trainings, certifications, and standards.
